Every call is frozen and hash-chained before the outcome exists. When the outcome lands it gets written next to the call. No stealth edits, no backtest, no cherry-picking. Screenshot it — we can’t change it.
Two rates, and they are not the same number. Rug rate counts the calls that rugged. Failure rate counts rugs and quiet deaths together. Both are over the same denominator: every call in that band with an outcome.
