Terms & Refund Policy

These terms cover purchases made through GROUNDTRUTH at groundtruths.xyz. By subscribing or buying a report you agree to them. Plans, prices and what each plan includes are described on the pricing page; this page governs billing, cancellation and refunds only.

Billing and renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew.

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• On cancellation your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops, and the subscription does not renew. No further charges are made.
• Cancelling part-way through a period does not shorten that period and does not refund the remainder. You keep the access you have already paid for, in full, until it expires.
• To cancel, email groundtruth@mail.com from the address on your receipt.

Refunds

• No partial refunds for unused time in a period that has already started. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current period.
• One-time reports are refundable in full until the report is delivered. Once delivered they are not refundable.
• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full. Tell us and we will fix it.

Delivery and access

• Subscription access is provisioned to the Solana address you supply at checkout, normally within seconds of payment.
• If you supplied the wrong address, email us with your Stripe receipt and we will re-point the entitlement.
• One-time reports are delivered within 2 business days to the email address on your Stripe receipt.

Scope of the data

GROUNDTRUTH publishes historical, corpus-scoped outcome data derived from on-chain observation. Records are bounded by our observation window: a launch or wallet outside that window will not appear, so the absence of a record is not a clean bill. Published figures carry their denominators and sample sizes.

Nothing on this site or in any report is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. No outcome is predicted and no result is guaranteed. Decisions you make using this data are your own.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. If a sustained outage materially prevents you from using a paid plan, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are published here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date is acceptance of them.
